Search by example
Another way to construct a search string is to use the like
expression. For example:
like (“The speech addressed lifestyle issues”)
This example finds documents that contain similarities to the
sample text, and rates them by relevance.
Other search properties
On the Search Tool main window (refer to Figure 4–66), in
addition to Search Text, you can use four other tabbed groups of
search properties to define a search—Search Options, Date
Modified, Keywords, and Name & Type.
Click a tab to bring its properties to the front. The tabbed groups
are described in the following subsections.
Search Options tab
The Search Options tab (Figure 4–67) provides three checkbox
options. Click the checkboxes on to invoke these options.

The first option, Match case, finds documents only if they
contain the search string exactly as typed, including capital and
lowercase letters.
