Annotate menu
This section provides brief summaries, and highlights important
features, of all commands in the Pagis Editor’s Annotate menu
(Figure 4–52).

Highlighter command
The Highlighter command changes the mouse pointer to a
highlighter tool, with which you can create a transparent colored
rectangle across an area of the displayed page.
This process is similar to using a highlighting marker on a hard
copy page.
Margin Note command
The Margin Note command changes the mouse pointer to a text
tool, with which you can click on the displayed page and type text
right on this area of the page. The text is transparent, therefore
this tool is best used to create notes on a blank area of the page.
