After you start the EX/i Print Server for the first time, or install system software, you must set
up the EX/i Print Server. If you do not, default settings are used. Make sure that settings are
appropriate for your printing environment. If your network or printing environment changes,
you may need to adjust your settings.
Set up from the printer touch panel
Perform initial Setup from the printer touch panel (see
). After initial Setup, you can
change options from a client computer.

After you perform initial Setup from the printer touch panel, you can change
most
options
from a client computer using Configure.
If you are setting up the EX/i Print Server for the first time, you can use the Fiery Setup
Wizard to configure language, regional, server, and print environment settings. For more

1 Open an Internet browser and type the IP address of the EX/i Print Server.
2 In WebTools, on the Configure tab, click Launch Configure.
3 Log on with Administrator privileges.
