Networking

C O N N E C T I N G T H E P R I N T E R TO A W I R E D E T H E R N E T N E T W O R K

When you connect the printer to a wired Ethernet connection, the Wi-Fi connection is switched off, automatically.
When connected, set up an IP address at the printer Control Panel.

Before you begin, make sure that the Active Adapter is set to Auto.

Connect the Ethernet cable to the printer. Make sure that the Ethernet cable has Internet connection.

3.

To set up and manage your new Xerox printer, follow the instructions in the Xerox Easy Assist.

Before using the wizard, make sure that the printer firmware is updated. For more information, see
