Printing confidential and other held jobs

FO R W I N D O W S U S E R S

With a document open, click FFiillee > PPrriinntt.

Select a printer, and then click PPrrooppeerrttiieess, PPrreeffeerreenncceess, O

Oppttiioonnss, or SSeettuupp.

Click PPrriinntt aanndd H

Hoolldd.

Select U

Ussee PPrriinntt aanndd H

Hoolldd, and then assign a user name.

Select the print job type (Confidential, Repeat, Reserve, or Verify).

If you select C

Coonnffiiddeennttiiaall, then secure the print job with a personal identification number (PIN).

Click O

OKK or PPrriinntt.

From the printer control panel, release the print job.

• For confidential print jobs, navigate to:

Heelldd jjoobbss > select your user name > C

Coonnffiiddeennttiiaall > enter the PIN > select the print job > configure the

settings > PPrriinntt

• For other print jobs, navigate to:

Heelldd jjoobbss > select your user name > select the print job > configure the settings > PPrriinntt

Note: For non-touch-screen printer models, press

to navigate through the settings.

From the printer control panel, release the print job. Navigate to:

For non-touch-screen printer models, press

to navigate through the settings.
