Clearing Paper Jams

Phaser® 7400 Color Printer

Jam in Fuser or Jam at Duplex Entrance

Follow these steps to clear the jam.

1.

Lift the latch on the front of the printer to open the top cover.

Caution:

Avoid touching or handling the LED bars.

2.

Move the fuser locking lever to the right to the unlocked position.
