Recovery and Storage 

Once  the  Rover-X  is  recovered,  it  is  important  that  it  be  stored  and  maintained  properly  for 
future deployments. 

 

As  soon  as  possible  after  the  Rover-X  is  recovered,  all  batteries  should  be  removed  and 
discarded.  

 

The Rover-X should be cleaned and inspected for corrosion or water ingress. O-rings should be 
visually inspected.  

 

Any 

concerns 

should

discussed 

with

The Rover-X should be stored as follows:

Assembled, 

without batteries

 

but with O-rings in place
