Non-uniformity calibration file
Individual pixel may have slightly different offset and respond slightly differently to incoming
photons. For this reason, raw images tend to be a little stripy as shown in Figure 5-23

Non-uniformity calibration file (NUC) can be applied to smoothen out the raw images as
shown in Figure 5-22 Typical corrected image with uniform lightings.
