HOW TO CLEAN:
The specially designed cartridge with dust collection panels and the negative ion generator can be pulled out
easily for cleaning. For best performance, clean the dust collection panels once a month, as follows:
1. Unplug unit & pull cartridge out.
2. Using the provided brush, remove dirt from dust collection panels.
WARNING: Keep fingers away from sharp metal surfaces.
3. Rinse away persistent dirt using water only
WARNING: Chemicals from cleaning products can leave a residue on the cartridge which could
result in fire.
4. For best performance, make sure the inside of the cartridge is completely dry. Wait 24 hours after
rinsing or until the unit is completely dry before putting cartridge back into unit.
5. Plug in the power supply and press the on/off power button to turn the unit on. The green LED will
light up, indicating the device is working. If the red LED light is still on, turn off the unit, remove the
cartridge and reinsert it before turning the unit back on.

The VitalizAir will work in room areas up to 400 sq. ft. In room areas of less than 100 sq. ft. deactivate the
unit after 6 hours of continuous operation; the unit can activated after a 4 hour interval.

Do not let the unit come into contact with water. Do not install the device in the bathroom.

Do not modify the unit or tamper with the unit’s internal components.

Always make sure the room has good air circulation.
