MOTOR DOES NOT ROTATE
1. Motor joint became loose.
2. Battery may be too low.
3. Motor cable is damaged.
4. Throttle is faulty.
5. Controller is faulty.
6. Motor Hub is damaged.
BATTERY CANNOT BE CHARGED
1. Charger connector is loose.
2. Charger is damaged.
3. Battery pack is damaged.
4. Battery needs re-conditioning
THERE IS ABNORMAL
SOUNDS FROM DAMPERS /
SUSPENSION
1.Damping spring needs to be
lubricated.
2.Damping sleeve is loose.
Maintenance tips:
1. Do not park your eBike outdoors in an exposed area. Avoid
direct sunlight and rain water. If water enters the
eBike’s
circuits, your eBike may become damaged.
2. Check your tires regularly. Always make sure your brakes
are in working order. Check all joints regularly to make
sure they are operational.
