WHEEL POSITION LIMIT SWITCH ADJUSTMENT
1. Remove the rear base cover.
2. With the wheel actuator fully extended and against
the LS lever the LS should be tripped. (closed
position)
3. Adjust the LS using the mounting screws.
PARTS REPLACEMENT
CASTER REPLACEMENT
1. Support the leg as shown
2. Remove the nut, bolt and caster.
3. Install new caster.
DRIVE WHEEL REPLACEMENT
1. Remove the battery.
2. Remove the rear cover and support the base frame as
shown.
3. Disconnect the wheel cable from the PCB and
attachment points.
4. Loosen the pivot bolt 1/2 turn. Remove the actuator nut
and bolt and swing the actuator away from the wheel.
5. Support the wheel and remove the pivot bolt & washer.
6. Lower the wheel to remove it.
7. Install new wheel and connect cable to the PCB
restoring the cable attachment points.
