Inactive dataset of the
sensor
An inactive dataset for a sensor exists if the DIQ/S 181 receives no si-
gnals from a sensor that is already registered. The
Error display ap-
pears on the measured value display instead of a measured value.
An inactive dataset can be reactivated by connecting a sensor of the
same type. All settings are retained. If these data are no longer
required, they can be erased. All the settings belonging to this sensor
as well as any links with outputs are deleted with this action.

5.4 Relay output R1/R2/R3, mA output C1/C2
These two menus can be used to link the sensor with the relay outputs
and current outputs of the DIQ/S 181 and to set the outputs. The vari-
ous setting options are described in detail in the chapter 6 O
UTPUTS
menu.
To accept all settings, highlight the Save and quit menu
item at the lower end of the setting table and press <OK> .
If you exit the setting table via <M> , <ESC> / or the Quit
menu item, all changes are ignored.
1 Open the SETTINGS menu with <S> .
2 Press <

> and <OK> to select and confirm the menu item,
Sensor S01 .
If the dataset is inactive, the following display appears:

> , select Delete dataset and confirm with <OK> .
The dialog window for the security prompt appears.
4 Using <

> , select Delete dataset and confirm with <OK> .
The inactive dataset is erased.
