Function: Assigns a function to the [TOP] key. A function is assigned to a short button 

press.

Options: OFF/BACK-LT/SCAN/TXPOWER/FLASHLT/MONITOR/VOX/CH-

DISP/FAVORITE/MODE

Default: FLASHLT
