1. Remove screw and wiring cover.

2. Wire the incoming power to terminals

R(L1) S (L2) T (L3).

3. For single phase input applications use

R(L1) and T (L3).

4. Wire the motor to terminals U, V, W.

5. Be sure to connect the incoming power and motor cabling ground conductors to the ground connections.
