Clockwise
Place Seat Frame upside down. Next, using Long Allen Bolts (H-4), Spring Washers (H-2)
and Flat Washers (H-3), stacking the hardware in the order as shown.
Engage all bolts first, and then fully tighten them using Allen Key (T-1).
