Slide Top Table
into T-Slots on
WS3000
(fig. 2)
and tighten Hex Fasteners at
rear of Top Table as shown
(fig. 2a).
STEP 3
Level Top Table to the Wheel
using a straight edge as
shown. Use Leveling Screws
to adjust as needed
(fig. 3).

STEP 1
Mount the Glass Wheel that
comes with your Work
Sharp, along with the
appropriate abrasive disc,
on the unit. Remove the
Top Tool Rest.

for quick set-up and
use of your Work
Sharp Wide Blade
Attachment.
We recommend
you use an old or
damaged blade
for your first
sharpening while
you adjust the Top
Table for level.

Leveling Screws
STEP 3
Press the Speed Adjustment
Button in and slide the
Blade Clamp against the
blade as shown. Tightness
should allow the blade to
slide back and forth
(fig. 5).
Blade Alignment
NOTE: For 25° or 30° angle
blades, if the blade is long
enough, use the amber
scale since this provides
more blade stick out and
easier lapping. If the blade
is shorter, the white scale
may be used successfully.
Bevel Angle Identification
& Honing Guide Set-Up
STEP 1
Use the Alignment Fixture to
identify the bevel angle of
your blade. Simply slide the
blade straight into the
Alignment Fixture and read
the scale
(fig. 4).
STEP 2
Place blade in Honing Guide
with bevel facing up so that
the blade rests on the two
Honing Guide Rails as
shown
(fig. 5).
