10.12 Replacing the control unit
The devices are delivered without code plug.
▶ When replacing the control unit, ensure the code plug supplied is
used.
▶ Flip the electronics panel down (
Fig. page 41).
▶ Remove the 230V interface box from the control unit [1].
▶ Replace the control unit [2].

▶ Open the cover [1] on the enclosure of the appliance electronics.
▶ Insert the code plug [2].

10.13 Replacing the 230V interface box
▶ Safely isolate electrical supply to the appliance.
▶ Remove the adaptor box top cover.
▶ Loosen the screws [8] connecting the mains cable to the earth
bracket.
▶ Remove the PCB upwards from clips [5].
▶ Remove the mains cable (and 230v controls cable if fitted) [6].
▶ Remove PCB edge connectors [1] and [2].
▶ Remove 230V strain reliefs and set aside [7].
▶ Unscrew the 2 adaptor box screws [3].
▶ Remove the adaptor box housing with PCB, Earth bracket and HV
cable [4].
▶ To replace the adaptor box with PCB take the same steps as above, in
reverse.
WARNING
Damage to components!
▶ Do not remove the earth bracket and HV Cable. In case of any
replacement needed for HV cable or PCB, please change the adaptor
box housing with new part which PCB, earth bracket and HV cable
already assembled.
