Slide one
Ultra Track on
to ribs of a Corner
Connector, and the
heads of the 3/4" bolts, until
the end of the Ultra Track is flush
with the ends of the ribs, then tighten
the cap nuts. Repeat for the remaining three
Ultra Tracks and Corner Connectors.
There are two 1/4-20 threaded
holes in the Corner Connector which are
mounting holes for our 5320-5360 Templates. They
should not be used during this assembly process.
ASSEMBLY
From the underside of the Corner
Connector
(5380B)
, insert two 3/4" bolts
(HB020)
thru the holes shown. On
the end of each bolt, place a
washer
(WS002)
and start
a cap nut
(NUT006)
.

You'll need a 7/16" wrench for assembly. The 5380 90º
Corner Connector is designed to work with our Ultra Tracks.

If you purchased the
5380K
MDF Door Kit
,
it consists of
four Ultra Tracks
(two 4432 -
32" & two 4448 - 48", capacity
11-3/4" sq. up to 29" x 45")
and
four Corner Connectors
(5380)
.
Together these parts make
up an adjustable four
sided frame, which is
the primary use for
these parts. Smaller
parts can be held by cutting
3/4" thick spacers to fit between
the Ultra Track and the part.
