When installing a blade, make sure the teeth are pointing toward the operator side of the
mill when you are looking at the blade below the blade guides.

Position 1 1/4” wide blades (standard) on the wheels so the gullet is 1/8" (3.0 mm) out
from the edge of the wheel.
See Figure 6-2.

Close the blade housing cover.
6.4 Sawdust Removal
WARNING!
Turn the key switch to the OFF (0) position and remove
the key before performing service near moving parts such as blades,
pulleys, motors, belts, and chains. If the key is turned on and moving
parts activated, serious injury or death may result.
Remove the excess sawdust from the blade wheel housings and sawdust chute every
blade change.
WARNING!
Keep hands, feet and any other objects away from the
sawdust chute when operating sawmill. Failure to follow this may result
in serious injury or death.
