Sparker not arcing to ground strap close
enough to tile surface
Partially plugged holes in the burner tile
Wrong orifice size
Blockages in mixer tube or orifice
Gas pressure
Bent orifice bracket holder
Defective micro switch
Loose or bad wire connection
Defective sparker
Defective spark module
No power
No gas
Short to spark module bracket unit chassis
Unit not level
Needs blank off plate
Clean food debris from sparker
Replace sparker
Check routing from wiring diagram for model
Replace micro switch
Separate and cover with sleeving
Replace sparker
Determine by continuity check. Repair/replace
molex connector.
Replace spark module
Replace sparker
The strap and sparker should be clear of the
screen and 1/32” above the tile
Clear as necessary with wire like paper clip.
Replace burner if too may burner holes are
clogged.
Check orifice stamp number
Clear or clean as necessary
Check gas pressure using a manometer
Straighten so that gas jet is aimed straight down
mixer tube or replace bracket holder
Replace micro switch
Check all wires per wiring diagram
Replace sparker
Replace spark module
Check outlet and circuit breaker
Check gas pressure using manometer
Visually inspect the spark module bracket
Level unit from front to rear and side to side
Place blank-off plate on ceramic tiles per owner
manual instruction
