Explanation
LP (PP)
Cylinder primary pump
Maximum of 1.5 A per output, no more than 600 VA in total
A1
Programmable output (HG14) 230 VAC, e.g. DHW circulation pump
Maximum of 1.5 A per output, no more than 600 VA in total
E1
Programmable input (HG13), e.g. flue gas damper or room thermostat
E2
5kNTC common sensor = header
Alternative 0-10 V control, e.g. 8V = 80% heating output
The maximum external voltage at
input E2
is 10 V. Anything higher will destroy the control
PCB 1(a) = 10 V, 2(b) = GND.
AF
5 k NTC outside sensor
SF
5kNTC cylinder sensor
eBus
(WOLF control accessories e.g. BM-2, MM-2, KM-2, SM1-2, SM2-2)
NOTE
Increased electromagnetic interference at the installation site!
Possible control faults.
► Fit screened sensor leads and eBus cables.
► One end of the cable shield must be connected to the PE potential in the control unit.
5.10.6
Connect the flue gas damper to the power supply (cascade operation only).
► Open the lower casing cover of the HCM-2.
► Strip insulation from the power cable of the damper motor and signal contact.
► Pull the Rast5 plug from
output A1
.
► Push the power cable of the flue gas damper motor through the strain relief (insert) and secure.
► Terminate the cores at the Rast5 plug
A1
and insert the plug.
► Pull the Rast5 plug from
input E1
.
► Push the limit switch cable of the flue gas damper motor through the strain relief (insert) and secure.
► Terminate the cores at the Rast5 plug
E1
and insert the plug.
► Close casing cover.
5.11
Connecting the stratification cylinder
► Set the ON/OFF switch of the cylinder primary pump to
constant pressure
(
Circulation in conjunction with TS stratification cylinder
The circulation control system of the heat generator prevents the stratified water from mixing during draw-
off and charging.
► Connect the circulation to the programmable output of the heat generator.
