Your griddle should be cleaned regularly for best performance and long life. Regular
cleaning will also reduce the risk of fire hazard.

Cooking Surface
Use a cloth with hot, soapy water to wipe down when completely cooled.
Rinse with a clean damp cloth and dry. Do not use abrasive cleansers or metal
scouring pads which will scratch the cooking surface.
Grease Drain
Pour 1/2 cup (118 ml) warm, soapy water around the grease drain area to
dislodge any food particles. Insert a soft brush or sponge into the opening of
the grease drain and move around. Pour 1/2 cup (118 ml) warm water through
the grease drain to rinse. Carefully remove the drip tray to clean. Repeat if
necessary.

Wash lid with a cloth using hot, soapy water. Repeat with a clean, soft cloth
using hot water and dry.
Stainless Steel
Exterior
Use a nonabrasive stainless steel cleaner like Signature Polish and apply with
a soft lint-free cloth. To bring out the natural luster, lightly wipe surface with
a water-dampened microfiber cloth followed by a dry polishing cloth. Always

Wipe outside of griddle with damp cloth. Wipe clean with a lint-free cloth. Do
not use abrasive cleansers or scouring pads.

thoroughly with a clean cloth.
Drip Tray
Dishwasher-safe. Or, hand wash in soapy water, rinse, and dry thoroughly.
