Warning 

1.

 

Please check if the bolts are tightened and if the handlebar welded well. 

2.

 

Do not wear shoes, which easily slide. Do not do flipping exercise by handlebar. 

3.

 

When the weight stack, suspender or other places are caught, you must do in other person’s 
help to avoid the suddenly drop of weight stack. 

4.

 

Do not distort the cable when you adjust degree of tightness. After using in a period time, you 
should check if the tie-in of cable is abnormal, contact the serviceman to repair as soon as you 
find problems. 

5.

 

Using  weight  stack,  do  not  suddenly  drop  the  rising  weight  stack  to  avoid  damaging  other 
weigh stack. You should rise when the weight stacks almost collide. 

6.

 

Do not insert hand between weight stacks and moving parts to avoid hurt your hand. 

7.

 

Young person should exercise under adult’s guidance. 

8.

 

User (especially older people and heart disease patient) should operate according to physical 
ability and under doctor’s guidance.
