Safety and warranty
8.3 Duties of the owner / operator
The operator of such equipment must ensure regular
maintenance by WMF Service technicians, their agents
or other authorised persons, and checking of safety
devices.
Access to the service area is permitted only for persons
with knowledge of and practical experience with the
device, especially regarding safety and hygiene.
The operator must set up the coffee machine with
cooler so as to ensure care and maintenance work can
be carried out without hindrance.
In office / floor stations or similar selfservice
operations, only staff who have been instructed in
the operation of the coffee machine are allowed to
supervise the coffee machine with cooler. Trained
personnel should carry out care procedures and be
available for questions regarding use.
The operator shall ensure that electrical equipment
and operating facilities are in a fit state (e.g., to DGUV
Regulation 3) [German Accident Prevention Association
or equivalent]. To ensure the safety of your coffee
machine with cooler during operation, make sure the
safety valves and the pressure containers are checked
regularly.
These measures are conducted by WMF Service or
by WMF authorised service personnel as part of the
maintenance work.
When cleaning the milk system, only use the
special WMF cleaning agents provided by WMF. The
manufacturer's specifications regarding maintenance
