3. Operation
>> Please be sure that your camera is fully charged before using.
>> Please be sure that the camera internal memory capacity is sufficient.
>> If the battery is running low, the indicator light will blink red for 5 seconds, then
the camera will shut down automatically.
>> If there is insufficient space left in the camera internal memory, the indicator light
will keep blinking red and blue for 30 seconds, then the camera will shut down auto-
matically.
3.1. POWER ON/OFF
3.1.1. Power on the camera by pressing the Power ON/OFF Button for 2 seconds.
The indicator light will illuminate red and blue for three seconds, and then turn off,
indicating the camera is recording video automatically.
3.1.2. Power off the camera by pressing the Power ON/OFF Button for 2 seconds.
The indicator light will blink red for 3 times and then go off.
3.2. VIDEO RECORDING
3.2.1. Power on the camera by pressing the Power ON/OFF Button for 2 seconds.
The indicator light will illuminate red and blue for three seconds, and then turn off,
indicating the camera is recording video automatically.
3.2.2. Press the Power ON/OFF Button twice in a row to stop recording video. The
indicator light will be solid blue, indicating the camera has entered into standby
mode automatically.
3.2.3. Press the Power ON/OFF Button once again to resume video recording. The
indicator light will go off.
[Note]:
1. The camera will save videos every 20 minutes automatically.
2. Video Format: AVI Video Resolution: 1920x1080P
3. It could save about 50 minutes’ video for a 8GB flash memory.
3.3. VIDEO RECORDING IN IR NIGHT VISION MODE
3.3.1. Power on the camera by pressing the Power ON/OFF Button for 2 seconds.
The indicator light will illuminate red and blue for three seconds, and then turn off,
indicating the camera is recording video automatically.
3.3.2. Press the Mode Button for 2 seconds to enter into night vision mode and the
infrared LEDs will be turned on red. The indicator light will blink red for 3 times and
then go off.
3.3.3. Press the Mode Button twice in a row to exit night vision mode.
3.4. CAMERA/STILL PHOTOGRAPHY
3.4.1. Power on the camera by pressing the Power ON/OFF Button for 2 seconds.
The indicator light will illuminate red and blue for three seconds, and then turn off,
indicating the camera is recording video automatically.
3.4.2. Press the Power ON/OFF Button twice in a row to stop recording video. The
indicator light will be solid blue, indicating the camera has entered into standby
mode.
3.4.3. Press the Mode Button once. The indicator light will be solid red, indicating the
camera has entered into still photography mode.
3.4.4. Press the Power ON/OFF Button once to take a photo. The indicator light will
blink red once.
3.5. AUDIO RECORDING
3.5.1. Power on the camera by pressing the Power ON/OFF Button for 2 seconds.
The indicator light will illuminate red and blue for three seconds, and then turn off,
indicating the camera is recording video automatically.
3.5.2. Press the Power ON/OFF Button twice in a row to stop recording video. The
indicator light will be solid blue, indicating the camera has entered into standby
mode.
3.5.3. Press the Mode Button twice in a row. The indicator light will illuminate red and
blue, indicating the camera has entered into audio recording mode.
3.5.4. Press the Power ON/OFF Button once to record audio. The indicator light will
blink red and blue alternately and then go off, indicating the camera is recording
audio only.
3.5.5. Press the Power ON/OFF Button once again to stop recording audio.
4. Video/Image File Upload
4.1. Unscrew the knob on the USB port.
4.2. Connect the camera to a proper PC computer USB port with the USB cable pro-
vided when the camera is powered off.
4.3. The camera will be recognized as a removable disk drive.
4.4. All video and image files can be accessed in the DCIM folder.
5. Date/Time Stamp Setting
5.1. Unscrew the knob on the USB port.
5.2. Connect the camera to a proper PC computer USB port with the USB cable pro-
vided when the camera is powered off.
5.3. Removable disk drive folder will appear.
5.4. Click on the drive in the root directory and inside the root directory, create a
“time.txt” file.
5.5. Write the current date and time in the “time.txt” file with the correct format: Year.
Month. Date Hour: Minute: Second Y (For example: 2016.04.18 09:20:00 Y). To
delete the time stamp from the videos or photos, change “Y” into “N”. (For example:
2016.04.18 09:20:00 N). Save this file.
5.6. Restart the camera and the system will upgrade the program automatically.
6. Charging
6.1. Unscrew the knob on the USB port.
6.2. Connect the camera to the DC5V 1A charger adapter with the USB cable pro-
vided, plug the charger onto outlet power socket.
6.3. The indicator light will illuminate red and blue during the charging process.
6.4. The camera is fully charged when the indicator light is solid red.
6.5. It will take about 2 hours to obtain a full charge.
6.6. The camera can work for 90 minutes with a fully charged battery.
7. Time Setting
7.1. Pull the Time Adjustment Knob until you hear a click. Both hour and minute
hands will be stopped.
7.2. Rotate the Time Adjustment Knob to set time.
7.3. Push the Time Adjustment Knob back after the time set is completed.
[Note]:
Only hour and minute hands are functional hands.
