– Initialization Mode

Select E-MAIL FUNCTION and press ENTER to toggle the setting to ENABLED.

Press EXIT to return to the Main Initialization Menu.

If you don’t plan to use E-mail, set the E-MAIL FUNCTION item to DISABLED.

SmartPAC PRO Servo’s SmartView function enables individuals on your o network to remotely view
the status of each press. (Information about setup and operation of SmartView is provided on

SmartView, do the following to enable this function:

1.

Select SMARTVIEW FUNCTION and press ENTER to toggle the setting to ENABLED.

2.

Your entry for the PRESS TYPE item is used by SmartView remote viewing to select the graphic it
uses to illustrate the type of press (i.e., straight side or gap frame) on which SmartPAC PRO Servo is
installed. This graphic appears in the press information summary on the SmartView Main Page.

To set the press type, do the following:

1.

Select PRESS TYPE, then press ENTER to toggle between GAP FRAME and STRAIGHT SIDE
until the option you want is displayed.

2.

Press Exit to return to the Main Initialization Menu.
