When using a CompactFlash device, Master/Slave selection is made using jumper field 

JP9

.  The EBC-C384 

supports solid state CompactFlash storage devices for applications where the environment is too harsh for 
mechanical hard disks.  

The CompactFlash socket at 

J28

 supports modules with TrueIDE support.  WinSystems offers industrial grade 

CompactFlash modules that provide high performance and extended temperature operation (-40ºC to +85ºC).
