Troubleshooting
In order to avoid unnecessary service, and save time and money in
the
phone operating problems, please control the following
self-examation.
1.The mobile phone is turned on request "PIN code"
Check the PIN code is activated.
You must enter to get together with the SIM card PIN code. You can also
turn off the PIN code check function.
2. Open the phone to request the "Insert SIM card"
Check the SIM card is inserted in place.
3. The mobile phone is turned on request "Please enter the phone
lock code"
You set the phone lock.
You must enter a random password for the unlock.
4. No network
You may be in GSM / DCS network coverage range.
5. No sound when press the key
Check the Mute mode.
