7. SLEEPING PLAN 

 

7.1. Back rest 

 

7.1.1. Putting the back rest flat 

 
In the event of a power cut or failure, flatten the back rest as follows:  
 

a)  Disconnect the power supply. 
b)  Dismantle the headboard 

. 

c)  Stand at the head of the bed and take hold of the back rest handle 

 with one hand. Push or lift to 

compensate the pressure exerted by the patient and unhook the clip 

 by the connecting rod with 

the other hand. The back rest jack will then pivot downwards. 

d)  Put the headboard back.
