Troubleshooting
Fault:
Possible cause
Solution
The ErgoTrainer does
not react when
pressing UP/DOWN
buttons on the hand
control. (No beep
sound).
Emergency stop is
activated.
Turn on the power or deactivate the
emergency stop (see section 2.2).
Defective hand
control.
Inspect the cord and plug connection on the
hand control for any damage. If damaged, try
a different hand control.
