4.3 Central control
If one or more Geniax room user interfaces of the type
Comfort Control or Basic Control are used together with a
Central Control, the room user interfaces can be control-
led from the Central Control. In this way, the temperature
for a group of similarly used rooms, e.g. a floor of a build-
ing, can be set centrally by one device. For this, the
respective Geniax room user interfaces have to be
included in the central control
.
Local room time profiles can still be activated for a cen-
trally controlled room. The activated central time profile
will become automatically active again should the locally
activated room time profile end.
If a room is to be completely excluded from the central
control, the corresponding Geniax room user interface has
to be excluded from the central control. The exclusion of
rooms from the central control is also possible for rooms
which are to be heated independently of living rooms; for
example, storage rooms, winter gardens
