- Coat the hexagon head screw with thread-locking fluid.
- Screw on and fully tighten the hex nut. Max. tightening torque: see appendix.

Replacing the mounting bracket

4x fixation material: Hexagon head screw, washer, hexagon nut

Mixer set down on a firm surface.
✓
Hoisting gear available!
✓
Tools are ready for use.
1.
Attach hoisting gear to mixer. Apply slight tension to lifting equipment.
2.
Open the cable brackets and take out the connection cable.
3.
Undo and remove hexagon nuts.
4.
Remove washers from the hexagon head screws.
5.
Remove the mixer from the mounting bracket.
6.
Remove hexagon head screws.
7.
Insert hexagon head screws in the new mounting bracket.
NOTICE! Note height grid! The propeller must not come into contact with the floor!
8.
Place the mixer on the hexagon head screws.
9.
Place washers on the hexagon head screws.
10. Attach and firmly tighten hexagon nuts. Max. tightening torque: see appendix.
11. Lay connection cable in the cable bracket and close the cable bracket.
CAUTION! Do not
tighten the cable bracket yet!
12. Align the connection cable: The connection cable should be slightly bent, it should not
be taut.
13. Close the cable brackets tightly.
14. Remove hoisting gear.

Faults, causes and remedies
WARNING
Risk of injury from rotating propeller!
No persons are allowed to be present in the working area of the mixer.
There is a risk of injury!
• Demarcate and cordon off the working area.
• If there are no persons in the working area, activate the mixer.
• If persons enter the working area, switch off the mixer immediately.
Fault: The mixer does not start up
1.
Mains connection interrupted or short-circuit/earth fault in the cable or motor wind-
ing.

Have the connection and motor checked by a qualified electrician and replace if ne-
cessary.
2.
Tripping of fuses, of the motor protection switch or the monitoring device.
⇒
Have the connection and the monitoring device checked by a qualified electrician
and change it if necessary.
⇒
Have the motor protection switches and fuses installed and adjusted according to
technical specifications by a qualified electrician and reset the monitoring devices.
