Transducer for operation in hazardous areas in compliance with the respective certificate (see Control

drawing No. 11537885, page 24).

FM Approval ratings: Non-incendive for Class I Division 2 Groups A, B, C and D

Knowledge required:

Install and start the transducer only if you are familiar with the relevant regulations

and directives of your country and if you have the qualification required. You have to be acquainted with the

rules and regulations on hazardous areas (if transducer with Ex-marking), measurement and control techno-

logy and electric circuits. Depending on the operating conditions of your application you have to have the

corresponding knowledge, e.g. of aggressive media.
