
Computer Setup for Switching to Static IP
Windows10 Computers
1.
Go to Settings>Network & Internet>Local Area Connection>Properties
2.
Select Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) then select Properties
3.
Select ”Use the following IP Address”
4.
Enter IP Address:
192.168.144.99
5.
Enter Submask:
255.255.255.0
6.
Select “OK”
7.
Open internet browser
8.
Enter default IP Address of the WiP7500 –
192.168.1.155
9.
When complete, reset computer to original TCP/IP settings
MacOS Computer Settings
1.
Go to System Preferences>Network
2.
Select “Ethernet” in left column list.
3.
Change Configure IPv4 from “DHCP” to “Manually”
4.
Enter IP Address:
192.168.1.99
5.
Enter Submask:
255.255.255.0
6.
Select “Apply”
7.
Open internet browser
8.
Enter default IP Address of the WiP7500 –
192.168.1.155
9.
When complete, reset computer to original TCP/IP settings
