Machine Compartment Components (Continued)

Mechanical Switch

1. 

Unplug refrigerator or disconnect power.

2. 

Remove the two (2) screws holding bottom grill. Pull out the 

bottom grill.

3. 

Disconnect the wiring connector.

4. 

Remove the two (2) screws securing the mechanical switch. 

Remove the switch.

Switch Plate

1. 

Open the door.

2. 

Pull out the gasket from the middle of door bottom.

3. 

Remove the two (2) screws securing switch plate.

4. 

Remove the switch plate.
