Removing the Interference Filter
WARNING
Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Failure to do so can result in death or
electrical shock.
Replace all parts and panels before operating.
To Remove the Interference Filter
1.
Unplug washer or disconnect power.
2.
Turn off water supply to washer.
3.
Perform the procedures on page 4-8, “Removing the Top
Panel” prior to performing the following steps.

Disconnect the Interference Filter’s Line (L) and Neutral
(N) terminals and output connector.

Using a Phillips screwdriver, remove the two (2) screws
securing the interference filter to the back panel. Slide the
filter horizontally to disengage from the back panel and
remove filter from washer.

When reinstalling the filter, the black wire is on top and
the red wire is on the bottom (see Figure 1).
