Rinse aid dispenser
: to adjust initially, switch the machine on and start the wash cycle. Switch the machine off
and on again so that the wash cycle starts 7 or 8 times, thus checking the amount of rinse aid drawn in by the
hose. Follow the instructions of the detergent supplier for information on the quantity and type of rinse aid to be
used.
Dishwasher without detergent dispenser
: put the detergent directly in the tank every 4-5 cycles
approximately; for the type and quantity of detergent to be used, follow the instructions of the detergent
supplier and refer to the table of “technical specifications”, chapter 3 for the water consumption per cycle and
for the quantity of water in the tank.
Detergent dispenser
: using the adjustment screw, increase or decrease the quantity of detergent. For the type
and quantity of detergent to be used, follow the instructions of the detergent supplier.
THERE MUST NEVER BE ANY FOAM IN THE TANK AT THE END OF THE CYCLE.
If there is foam in the
tank at the end of the cycle, check the settings and replace the type of detergent if necessary.
SALT CONTEINER:
When using the machine for the first time, after you fill with salt, add some water to the
salt container.

6.1 Before
washing
Use only detergents and rinse-aids for industrial dishwashers.
Do not use detergents intended for hand washing.
It is recommended to use products which were designed especially for this dishwasher.
The panel shown in the manual, and also the graphics, may feature functions that you do not have on your machine.

Actions and what happens
During the loading of the tanks, be careful not to switch products as this could provoke dishwasher
malfunction and damage.
Do not mix different detergents together as this could damage the metering unit.
Detergents for industrial dishwashers can cause serious irritations. Take care to respect the instructions
provided by the detergent manufacturer on the packaging.
