TROUBLESHOOTING

Abnormal noise Transport screws have not been
removed.
Remove the transport screws according to item “Unpacking
the Washer/Dryer,” page 22.
Washer/Dryer is not leveled. Level the feet of the Washer/Dryer. Follow the instructions of
item “Level Washer/Dryer”, page 25.
Power cord / water inlet hose / water
outlet hose knocking on the cabinet.
Move the power cord or water inlet or outlet hoses away from
the Washer/Dryer.
Make sure that the outlet hose is fitted to the hose clamps, as
shown in item “Connect Inlet Hose,” page 24.
Vibration / Displacement Washer/Dryer is not leveled. Level the feet of the Washer & Dryer. Follow the instructions
of item “Level Washer/Dryer” page 25.
Excess Foam Excess detergent supply. Use the measuring cup to fill with the ideal amount of
detergent.
If you do not have the measuring cup, use a maximum of
32 g (approximately 3 tablespoons) of powder detergent or
40 ml (2 tablespoons) of liquid detergent.
Washer/Dryer’s door does
not open.
Washer & Dryer is in operation and the
door is locked.
Wait for the end of the program or follow the instructions in
the item “Using the Smart All-In-One Washer/Dryer”, page 14.

Door open. Close the door. For your safety, the product only works with
the door closed.
Plug out the socket. Connect the plug
into the socket.
In case of incompatibility of the plug with the socket, replace
it with a suitable socket.
Socket malfunction. Check the operation of the socket/mains /switch of your
residence. Use another device to check the function of the
outlet. Make sure the socket amperage is 20 A.
Lack of water. Check if the tap is closed or if there is water shortage.
The voltage is wrong. Check if the voltage of your socket is compatible with the
voltage of your Washer/Dryer.
Function Delay Wash selected. Wait for the programmed waiting time or cancel the
programming.
