Operation
Installation
Use the supplied installation material (9) to attach the rear panel or the bottom
panel of the safe permanently and safe to a wall, to the ground, to a piece of
furniture, etc.
Inserting / Replacing the Batteries
Replace the batteries in case the red LED (B) and the green LED (C) shine at
the same time.
The opening and closing electronics are powered by 4 batteries of the type
LR6 (AA). The battery compartment is located on the inside of the safe door
(1).
1. Enter the numerical code to open the safe door (read chapter
Open the

).
2. Depress the latch of the battery compartment and open the battery
compartment.
3. Insert 4 new batteries of the type LR6 (AA). Pay attention to the proper
polarity of the batteries. The polarity is printed inside the battery
compartment.
4. Close the battery compartment.
5. Verify the function of the safe’s digital lock before you close the safe door
again.
Open the Safe
The numeric code to open the safe is set to 1 5 9 by default.
It is highly recommended to change this code into a different 3-8 digit code
which is only known by you (read chapter
Change the Code
).
1. Use the keypad (3) to enter the numeric code that opens the safe door.
Each time a key is pressed, a short beep sounds and the yellow LED (A)
lights up for a short time.
2. After entering the numeric code, press the A key (6) or the B key (7) for
confirmation. The green LED (C) lights up. The safe can be unlocked and
opened now.
3. Rotate the turning knob (4) clockwise for a quarter turn within the next 5
seconds. The safe door is unlocked. Pull the safe door by the turning knob
to open it.
If you have entered a wrong code, the yellow LED (A) flashes several times
and you hear a short sequence of beeps.
