present in the Appendix, it is advisable to provide a three-
position switch I-0-II, which can directly connect AC-OUT and AC-IN and BY-PASS the system in case of a system
malfunction.
2.2.1.1. AC-side protections
Since the device is equipped with a NEUTRAL conductor earth connection - TT system, the
AC-OUT
alternating current
output line
can be protected with an AC-type
thermal-magnetic circuit breaker
, with rated current In=32A and
differential current Id=0.03A (this circuit breaker is usually already present in the distribution board of the house as
protection against indirect contacts, with 30mA differential current).
The
AC-IN
alternating current
input line
can be protected with an AC-type thermal-magnetic circuit breaker with 300
mA tripping current in order to avoid false tripping.
In the case of systems consisting of several inverters connected to a single switch with differential protection, it is
recommended to install a device that allows the trip value and tripping time to be adjusted.
2.2.2. DC-side connection
Make the connection with the BAT+/-
terminal block. Connect the eyelets of the battery cables: positive (+, red) and
negative (-, black) to the M8 fixing screws with a maximum tightening torque of 10 Nm.
Place the battery bank near the inverter and size the power cables properly. The distance cannot exceed the length of
the supplied CAN cable (2.5 m).

2.2.2.1. LG Chem Batteries
Connect the battery cable eyelets: positive (+, red), negative (-, black) of the battery and the CAN communication cable
(included), as in
