7. Maintenance and repair

7.1. General information

First check screws and nuts for tight fit after five hours of operation
and then at regular intervals (approx. every 50 operating hours).
Retighten if necessary.



– new screws unlubricated. The values have been rec-

ommended as reference values by different screw manufac-
turers. We cannot accept liability for use.



Self-locking nuts must be renewed each time the unit is

dismantled.

All  maintenance,  repair  and  alteration  work  can
only  be  carried  out  on  the  Westermann
Cleanmeleon  ll  when  stopped  and  with  the  en-
gine switched off. The procedure for stopping the
unit  described  in  the  operating  instructions  must
be observed.
