– Screenshots that help to describe the problem
– In the event of hardware problems, pictures if applicable
– Log files or error reports generated when the WERMA-StockSAVER software crashed, if app-
licable.
7.1 Transceiver

and Ethernet connection

Make sure that the server
service is running.

ther the transceiver is dis-
played on the
tab.
Check whether the tran-
sceiver is displayed in the
window.
Check the network set-
tings.
