9.6 Set nozzle distance

Observe notes on servicing [ch. 9.1].

The nozzle distance must be set to 2.5 mm.

Place burner into service position A [ch. 9.4.1].
Insert setting gauge and check dimension A (2.5 mm).

If the value measured deviates from dimension A:

Undo screw

on the guide tube and screw

on the mixing head.

Set nozzle distance by moving the nozzle body, whereby the mixing head must
touch the guide tube.
Tighten screws

and

9.7 Check mixing head

The correct installation of the mixing head can be checked using the indicating bolt.

Check indicating bolt

If the indicating bolt is flush with the burner housing, the mixing head has been
installed correctly.
