Description and function of the safety devices:
Pressure control valve standard version S550 and S2000 all types
The pressure control valve limits the operating pressure.
The desired operating pressure can be adjusted herewith stepless.
If the permissible maximum operating pressure is exceeded, or if the spray gun is closed,the
pressure control valve pipes the water back through its bypass connection pressureless to the
high pressure pump.
For systems with automatic shutdown, the pump will be turned off by opening the pressure switch
after approx. 30 seconds. The pump will be turn on immediately if the operating pressure will drop.
Rectify the leaks in the pressure system or at the spraying device immediately.
Leaks lead to permanent switch on the drive motor. The high pressure system will be damaged
through permanent switching of the pressure regulator.
The integrated pressure switch opens by closed trigger gun and consequently switches off the oil
magnet valve of the heater ( oil burner will be switched off )
Safety
Valve
The safety valve opens , as soon
as
the adjusted maximum operating pressure has been around 10 %
exceeded. The discharged water will be led out to the ground, pressure free.
Flow controller
The flow controller regulates in connection with the pressure switch the solenoid valve for the heating
fuel supply.
If no water has been withdrawn, the flow controller will open the electric circuit of the oil solenoid valve,
the solenoid valve will close and the heater switch off.
