1.2 Intended use
The hydraulic crimping tool HPG 60 with changeable dies can be used for
crimping cable lugs and connectors up to a cross section of 300 mm², for wire
end ferrules up to 185 mm² and for insulated connectors up to 16 mm².
Do not use the tool to cut energised wire. The tool is not for working in
explosive environment
A different usage than mentioned above is not intended and therefore not
permitted. The instructions given in this manual must be absolutely followed.
1.3 Qualified staff
These operating instructions have been written for trained and qualified per-
sonnel who are familiar with the valid regulations and standards applicable to
the field of application.
1.4 Recycling in accordance with WEEE

Purchasing our product gives you the opportunity to return the device to
Weidmüller at the end of its service life.
The crimping tool must not be disposed of as domestic waste.
The crimping tool must be disposed of in an environmentally-
friendly and professional manner.
