To install the battery

Step 1
: Turn the tail cap counter-clockwise to open.
Step 2
: Put the CR123A battery into the battery compartment
(as shown in the diagram below).
Step 3
: Turn the tail cap clockwise to close the battery compartment.
Important
: After you install the battery three blue indicators will
light up automatically. The middle indicator light will slowly
flash. If the remote control is not immediately used the indicators
will turn off automatically a few seconds later.
The indicators tell you what mode you are in and whether or not
the remote control is turned on.

1.Do not open the tail cap when using in the water.
2.If the remote control will not be used for a long period of time the battery
should be removed.

Warranty
If the O-ring is damaged, broken or deformed it should be replaced with
the a new O-ring. One spare O-ring is included when you purchase your
remotecontroller.
Note: Do not use a sharp tool to remove the O-ring.
Weefine provides a warranty against manufacturer defects for 18 months
starting from the date of purchase. Manufacturer defects occuring within 15
days of the date of purchase will result in an exchange of product at the
vendor. All other manufacturer defects occuring within 18 months of the
purchase will be repaired at no cost. Proof of purchase is required for warranty
support. The warranty does not cover failures or defects resulting from misuse
(e.g., modification; damage), natural disasters, or battery issues, including
incorrect battery installation.

To use the remote control with a video light
The L1 Remote Contol operates the device connected on the left. To turn the
L1 Remote Control on or off, press the left button and hold it for two seconds.
If you turn the L1 Remote Control off the indicator light will turn off and you
will not be able to control the device on the left hand side.
The L2 Remote Contol operates the device connected on the right. To turn the
L2 Remote Control on or off, press the right button and hold it for two
seconds. If you turn the L2 Remote Control off the indicator light will turn off
and you will not be able to control the device on the right hand side.
You can use your remote control with the following video lights:
Smart Focus 2300, Solar Flare 2800, Solar Flare 3800 or Solar Flare Max.
Step 1
: Connect the remote controller and the video light with the fiber optic
cable.
Step 2
: Turn on the video light.
To increase the brightness
: Press the right button for less than one second.
To decrease the brightness
: Press the left button for less than one second.
To switch mode
: Press the middle button for less than one second.
To turn the L1 Remote Control on / off
: Press and hold (for 2 seconds) the left
button. When the L1 output is off the L1 indicator light will be off.
To turn the L2 Remote Control on / off
: Press and hold (for 2 seconds) the
right button. When the L2 output is off the L2 indicator will be off.
To turn sleep mode on / off
: Press and hold the middle button for more than
one second. When the video light is in sleep mode, you can reactivate the light
using the remote control or by manually turning the video light on or off to
reset.

Warning!! The polarity of the battery
must match the polarity of the contacts
in the battery compartment. Make sure
that the positive and negative poles of
the battery align with the positive and
negative poles of the remote control.
