7 Commissioning
7.1 General safety notices
WARNING!
Risk of injury!
Possible injury to fingers (crushing) and irritation of skin and eyes!
Do not allow to come into contact with skin or eyes!

Prior to starting work, read and understand the Operating Instructions!

Wear goggles and protective gloves!

The tasks described here must only be performed by appropriately qualified
personnel from a specialist company.

Prior to commissioning, the installed systems must be checked for proper in-
stallation and leaks.

Danger of irritation or and allergic reactions!
Undiluted fragrance oil concentrates may cause irritation and allergic reactions!

Do not drink, smoke or rub in!

Use fragrance oil concentrates only for room scenting with the SOLFOG!

Keep out of the reach of children!

Do not allow to come into contact with skin or eyes!

Wear chemical-resistant protective gloves and goggles!
ATTENTION!
Damage to the device due to incorrect commissioning!

The sequence of the following commissioning steps must be observed!

The information in the commissioning protocol must be observed!
7.2 General remarks
During commissioning, a distinction is made between

initial commissioning following installation

recommissioning following politainer replacement or after extended downtime
The device comes loaded with ex works settings.
Adjust the control parameters to the desired operation mode during initial commissioning and
enter them in the operation data sheet in Chapter 11.4 on page 62.
7.3 Commissioning steps
1) Insert the roller carrier in the fragrance pump (see Chapter 7.5 on page 24).
2) Carry out disinfection (see Chapter 7.8 on page 27).
3) Insert/change the brine politainer (see Chapter 7.9 on page 33).
