6 Operation/service
6.1 General
The tasks described here may only be carried out by appropriately trained and instructed personnel. Al-
ternatively, the work may be done by operating personnel who have read and understood the entire op-
erating instructions.
Once all preparations for the commissioning have been completed, the operation can be started. Turn on
the device at the mains switch (unless this has already been done).
6.2 Control unit - Software
The control is operated via the device’s control unit (display with 3 buttons).

Operating the display
The device is operated via the 3 operating buttons next to the display.
Use the arrow keys to navigate up or down or to set numerical values.
Use the Enter key to navigate to the selected sub-menu and back.
Tip!
The display views shown here refer to the DUFTDOS-AK2 device type. The views of the
DUFTDOS-AK1 device type may differ slightly.
