4 & 5-Legged Stool
with Bolt-on Backrest

Assembly Instructions
Before you begin, please make sure all parts and proper quantities are included. (See Part Identifier Key on next page) Any parts damaged during
shipment must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. To report information regarding damages or if you have any questions, please call 800.242.2303.
Step 1:
• On 4-Legged Stool, place bolt-on backrest
between the back leg frame.
• One 5-Legged Stool, place bolt-on backrest
between the two back leg frames.
Step 2:
• Insert 5/8” Allen head machine screws through
the most
inner-mounting holes
(circled in
red) located on the TOP of the 4 or 5-legged
frame.
• Make sure you align the most outer holes
before fastening 5/8” Allen head machine
screws. (See the two images between Step 2
to make sure you have everything aligned.)
Step 3:
• Place seat with inserts facing up on protected
table.
• Place 4 or 5-legged frame on the top and
align the
most outer holes
with the inserts of
the seat.
Step 4:
• Insert & tighten corresponding screw for
the seat you are mounting
through the
most OUTER mounting holes located on the
bottom of the 4-legged frame.

of page for corresponding screw with type of
seat.)
