5.1.1

Wiring Speaker Array

1. Before starting, ensure the HPSA-7100-R power is off.

a. Open the electronics cabinet as described in Section 6.1.
b. From the lower left panel, push the red power button. Verify the Control 

Panel and all LEDs on the boards are off.

It is strongly recommended that the distance of the cable length 
between the HPSA and each Drivers is limited to a maximum of 100 
feet.

BEFORE INSTALLING OR SERVICING THIS EQUIPMENT, ENSURE THE 
POWER BUTTON ON THE PDB IS POWERED OFF AND THE BRANCH 
CIRCUIT IS DISCONNECTED. FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE 
INSTRUCTIONS MAY RESULT IN SHOCK OR POSSIBLE EQUIPMENT 
DAMAGE. 

Ensure all Country, National and Local codes and regulations are 
followed when installing the system.
